We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ Items must be unused and in original condition
✔ Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
✔ Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

2. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us within 14 days, and we will assist you based on inventory availability.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue, and we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve or deny the refund

  • Issue refunds back to your original payment method

Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Custom items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads (if added in the future)
